. . . . Thai Christians Reaching Thai people for Jesus!

Greetings from Thailand with Isaiah 9:2, The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned.
You don’t need us to tell you that life in general has been a challenge in 2021. Our church life has been mostly through Zoom, but lately we were able to meet in person with some restrictions in place. We thank God for His protection, and you for your faithful prayers that we are in good spirits, and all of our churches are still open and encouraged. We are also grateful to God that none of our leadership team members or pastors were sick with COVID so far. Sadly, we can’t say the same for some of our church members.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for the way God has been blessing the ministries of Vision Thailand, in spite of the many challenges we face. As we come to the end of 2021, we give thanks to God for supplying our needs. On behalf of all the churches and our pastors' families, thank you for your prayers and financial support in blessing the ministries of Vision Thailand. Thank you for your faithful partnership in enabling us to reach Thai people for Jesus Christ!

OUR GOALS FOR 202210 new church plants, six new students for the Church Planting School, grow the Prison Ministries Program by 10%, 4 new self-help Projects to self support the ministries. 200 new believers, Summer Youth Camp, Summer Women’s Camp, Leadership Training Seminar to name a few.

Praise be to God that our unity with Partners International has been going very well. We have a good management team led by Darren DeGraaf, President. While Vision Thailand continues to function as a charitable ministry, we have been working hard to streamline all of our decision-making, financial transactions and donor support through Partners. Partners has a well established system with capable and dedicated staff. Please check us out at partnersinternational.ca. We are doing this to help our partners in Thailand to show that we are still working together for the same mission and the transition is going well. They are excited with this new partnership as well. Our coming together is already showing growth in our ministries in Thailand. In spite of the Pandemic challenges, God’s people (you) have been very generous financially. As a result, we were able to assist a number of churches with laptops to conduct church services online, help with self-help projects, provide food-aid in areas where many have lost jobs, and purchasing guitars for a Music Ministry (below right pic) in the community. This ministry has already shown remarkable results in building relationships with members of a Burmese community in the province of Ratchaburi.

Online Prayer Ministries
  • Please pray for all of our pastor families. They are under many pressures working in predominantly non-Christian communities.
  • Pray that they are kept safe (physical and spiritual) and be bold in sharing the gospel. Many of our pastors are bi-vocational and due to the Pandemic, some have lost their jobs.
  • Pray for continued open doors for the gospel to make its way across our country.
  • Pray for the 46 churches that are planning Christmas Outreach events in their respective communities. Many people in the community look forward to these colorful celebrations and a good community feast together.
  • Pray that we keep our vision sharp and not deviate from it.
  • On behalf of everyone at Vision Thailand Ministries/Partners International Canada, THANK YOU for your partnership in sharing the Gospel!
